Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis, in British pounds (£) as described in your chosen plan. Payment must be made via the methods specified on our subscription page.

Changes and Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees and billing cycles upon notice. Companies may manage their subscription (cancel, reactivate, upgrade, or downgrade) via their Account Settings, as detailed below.

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Subscription Management & Cancellation Policy

7.1 Billing Cycle

All Subscription fees are billed in advance on the first day of each monthly billing period, using the payment method you have on file.

7.2 Managing Your Subscription

From your Account Settings page (login required) you may at any time:

  • Cancel your Subscription
  • Reactivate a canceled Subscription (before the end of your current paid month)
  • Upgrade to a higher‑tier plan
  • Downgrade to a lower‑tier plan

Changes take effect immediately for upgrades/downgrades and according to the rules below for cancellations/reactivations.

7.3 Cancellation & No Refunds

  • Cancellation: Stops future renewals but does not cut short your current paid month. You retain full access through its last day.
  • No Prorations or Refunds: Once a billing cycle begins, you will not receive any credit, refund, or prorated reduction—even if you cancel mid‑cycle.

7.4 Reactivation Within the Paid Period

If you cancel and then reactivate before the end of your current paid month, you will not incur an additional charge; your Subscription simply continues on the original renewal date.

7.5 Upgrade & Downgrade

  • Upgrades: New features are available immediately. You’ll be invoiced a prorated charge for the remainder of your current period (plus the next full period) at the time of upgrade.
  • Downgrades: Change takes effect immediately, but no prorated refunds are issued; you simply forgo the higher‑tier features until your next renewal.

7.6 Lapsed Subscriptions

If you allow your Subscription to lapse past the end of your paid period, any new subscription will:

  1. Require payment in full for a new billing cycle at current rates.
  2. Be treated as a fresh Subscription—prior data will be retained for 30 days, then may be permanently deleted.

7.7 Early Termination by ProductionWorkflow

We may suspend or terminate your Subscription per Section 11. In such cases, we will issue a pro rata credit for the unused portion of your current paid period, to be applied toward future services or refunded at our discretion.
